We want you to feel safe and confident when you purchase our products, for this reason we offer all our customers a no worries guarantee with store credit and exchanges. Federal law requires a 24 hour “Cooling-off-Rule” to cancel purchases over $25.00. Under this rule, the right to cancel for a full refund extends until 24 hours after the initial time of sale. The rule applies to sales at the buyers home or workplace, at facilities rented by the seller on a temporary basis, or at locations otherwise away from the seller’s normal retail location.
After the 24 hour rule Greenland Apparel will exchange any product unworn by the customer for another item, or may return unworn merchandise for full store credit.
If you are not happy with your item, we’re not happy, and will do anything possible yo make sure you are satisfied with the Greenland Apparel brand. To apply for an exchange or store credit, contact our customer service team – email@example.com. Our friendly staff will help you organize all the information needed to ensure a quick resolution or exchange for the item. We do ask you to leave some feedback regarding the product/service via email or phone call to enable us to build a better product/service in the future for all our athletes. Please notify us within 24 hours of initial purchase over $25.00 delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Please check your delivery immediately upon receiving your package and notify us within 7 days of delivery if the items are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the items shall be returned by you to us using a return label that Greenland Apparel will provide. You will be entitled to an exchange or full store credit.
We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging and return them to us. The items to be returned should clearly show the order number obtained from the seller, on/in the package so we know where to apply the credit or send the exchange. Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team – firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue and we will organize the required information to ensure your refund.

How long does it take to process my return if I cancel within three days?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your financial institution can take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account. Please also allow 2-4 business days for USPS to return your parcel to our warehouse.
Can I exchange a sale item?
Yes of course! We will happily accept sale items for exchange or full store credit as long as they meet our unworn policies.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Returning an item is 100% free if your item is faulty, damaged or you received an incorrect item. When you initiate your exchange with us, we ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging and post them back to us.
How quickly are items shipped
If your order is placed before 12 pm EST, your order will be processed that day and will be shipped using USPS three day service. If your order is placed after 12 pm EST, your order will be process the next business day and will be shipped using USPS three day service.
